In response to the government's expansion of the Early Years Entitlement scheme we are seeking a Management Information Assistant to become part of the Management Information & Intelligence team within the Children, Young People, and Education (CYPE) Directorate As a vital member of the team, you'll be at the forefront of gathering and verifying data relate to Free Early Education entitlements for children from ages 2 to 4.
The role
In this dynamic role, you’ll experience a balance of independent tasks and collaboration efforts within the team. Serving as the primary liaison for Early Years Providers, you’ll adeptly handle inquiries and manage routine information requests. Your role within the team will require using technical expertise to identify and resolve system or data issues affecting service quality.
Key skills required for this role include: the ability to process high levels of data; meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; strong customer service skills (with experience in handling high call volumes and email correspondence); effective workload prioritisation and good active listening skills.
