Salary: GBP22,071 gross per annum pro rata
Hours: 22.2 Hours Per Week / 52 Weeks Per Year
Working pattern: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm (4.30pm on Friday)

The College
Our College is one of the largest colleges with a University Centre in England hosting over 10,000 students on our state of the art campus across a wide range of areas including; Apprenticeships, Technical, A-Level and Degree level programmes. We are looking for an Administrator to join us to work within the Registry area of the College s Management Information Systems team.
The Role
Responsible to the Exams, Registry and Reception Manager, you will provide a range of administrative support across all functions within the Registry function. You will be involved in learner enrolment, dealing with learner queries and inputting learner data onto the College s Management Information System.
What we are looking for in a MIS Administrator.
- You should have a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths alongside Experience in providing information to staff on processes and procedures.
- You will be commited to providing excellent customer service and Good organisation and time management skills.
- Have experience of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate data
- An understanding of the importance of data compliance and collection
- Ideally working knowledge and an understanding of the ESFA and ESF funding rules and guidelines, learner aims database and qualifications framework
