Manager - Employee Benefits Admin team
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Our esteemed client, a leading player in the insurance brokerage industry, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Team Leader to oversee their Employee Benefits Analyst team in London. About the Role:
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts who support consultants in delivering day-to-day services to corporate clients. This includes managing various aspects of Employee Benefits programs such as private healthcare, group risk, well-being, and engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with senior consultants to develop and implement new administrative processes aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of analysts in providing exceptional service to clients.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and standards within the team.
- Manage workload distribution among team members to ensure efficiency and fairness.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices among analysts.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to implement process and system improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to analysts in handling client inquiries and issues.
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation and administration guides.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
- Assist in preparing client reports, data analysis, and presentations.
- Support consultants in project tracking and client management activities.
- Oversee various administrative tasks related to Employee Benefits programs.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the insurance or intermediary sector with Employee Benefits.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
