Manager / Head of Broking /Career progression - 4 days’ work for 5 days' pay

I am currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join an up-and-coming team as Head of Broking. This is a great opportunity for someone in a senior position to step up and take on a leadership position. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop innovative solutions, staff and provide exceptional service to their clients.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee and manage the Broking Team's daily activities, which include project development, employee management, and problem-solving.
- Establish priorities, give directions, and evaluate the workload (quotations, referrals, and other requests) by holding daily briefing with the staff.
- introducing the Division's operations to Lloyd's, Companies, and foreign markets
- Verify the tools’ precision, consistency, and contract certainty.
- Establish fresh connections with the marketplaces of Lloyd's and Company
Knowledge and Experience:
- Significant familiarity with the knowledge of the casualty markets and products (such as general liability, contingency and professional indemnity)
- Understanding of the FCA regulatory structure that governs insurance brokers, as well as the legal principles that regulate insurances and the Lloyd's and Company market.
- Italian, Spanish or French understanding or fluency is advantageous but not essential
