Salary: Up to £60,000 
As a Manager specialising in Health and Risk, you will be entrusted with overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients within the healthcare sector. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional service to customers and contribute to the development of new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with senior colleagues, you'll engage in analyses of existing benefit structures and actively participate in crafting pitch presentations.
Key Duties:

• Administer and manage a portfolio of risk and healthcare clients, taking responsibility for consultancy advice and all associated administration.
• Cultivate and sustain working relationships with clients, colleagues, and providers to uphold client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the expansion and profitability of the risk and healthcare client portfolio.
• Handle day-to-day queries, acting as a liaison between colleagues, providers, and clients.
• Facilitate the setup of new arrangements and oversee necessary changes or restructuring of clients' risk and healthcare plans.
• Draft comprehensive reports detailing market reviews, recommendations, and coverage specifications for client presentations and reviews.
• Participate in project work as needed, attending client meetings and conducting client/employee presentations.
• Liaise with insurers to gather market intelligence and product information.
• Continue the development of the team and help further its success.

You will ideally have 3 or more years of health care experience and strong knowledge related to risk and health, good stakeholder management skills, knowledge of pension schemes and experience in providing advice (CII Diploma or willing to work towards one)
