What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?
You’ll lead a small regional team to implement and align a consistent Incentive Plan framework across our RPO and CWS Businesses.
You’ll engage regularly with account and CoE teams to identify the ongoing in-scope population of the Incentive Plan and operate a robust mechanism to manage and maintain the population as internal moves and new client wins occur.
Responsibilities also include:
- Supporting account teams and business intelligence in the operation of accurate and effective performance monitoring to enable adherence to the Incentive Plan taxonomy.
- Liaising and advising in-region account teams on how account commercial changes impact the Incentive Plan. Guiding your team through the process of embedding these changes.
- Supporting the Incentive Plan Senior Manager with the production of Monthly and Quarterly Reporting packs highlighting projected accumulative pot values to finance, reward and account leadership.
- Helping construct and deliver training literature to stakeholders in support of scheme awareness and understanding.
- Monitoring and maintaining an auditing framework to measure the accuracy of performance metrics supplied by individual accounts.
- Engaging with regional compliance and reward teams to assimilate changes to in country legislation affecting the scheme.
- Engaging with and supporting Reward and People Operations to ensure smooth process for bonus calculation and payment – twice yearly.
- Supporting the Incentive Plan Senior Manager in collaborating with Reward and Finance to evaluate the plan effectiveness and success at year end, making recommendations for changes and improvements.
What do I need to succeed in this role?
Must Haves:
- Advanced analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Experience analysing data with use of metrics, benchmarks, ratios and forecasting techniques.
- Innovative mindset - Encourages diversity of thought and lateral/creative thinking within the team.
- Experience of managing a small team.
- Demonstrable ability to build a position as a trusted advisor.
- Agile and effective at engaging with internal departments and functions.
- Able to lead a team through significant change.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
Nice to Haves:
- Understanding of regional regulatory, compliance and risk implications.
- Experience with development and management of global Incentive Plans.

You’ll report into the Senior Manager and have one direct report as you manage your regional client base. You’ll be part of the Operations or People and Culture team, partnering with Client Services, Finance, Reward and Regional Operations Teams.
