Moorhouse is looking for candidates with significant experience and networks across Insurance and / or Banking sub-sectors to help drive the growth ambitions of our Financial Services sector across regulatory and compliance topics.
The successful candidates must be able to evidence:
- 6 - 8 years’ consulting experience, from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering regulatory and compliance programmes in industry;
- A successful track record of delivering complex regulatory programmes such as MiFID 2, SM&CR, GDPR, EMIR, Consumer Duty, Solvency 2 or similar;
- Proven experience of regulatory consulting and delivering large scale risk and/or regulatory programmes across all client functions;
- Proactivity in horizon scanning of industry trends including developing deep understanding of regulatory changes;
- An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes;
- A people-led focus and experience of having developed and grown teams around you
- Demonstrable experience of leading and developing a team of project resources in a complex, matrix managed environment;
- A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues;
- A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services;
- Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.
What we can offer you:
- A total cash package of £110,000 comprising of a base salary of £82,005 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
- 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year
