Job Title:Manager Social Campaigns & Performance

Location: Hybrid working London

Contract: End of Sept with the possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of a product roadmap for the enhancement of campaign publishing capabilities on Social channels
  • Define and optimize processes related to asset management for efficient publishing and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to lead and ensure a seamless integration with asset management workflows and technologies
  • Find opportunities for integrating new channels and platforms to diversify our brands digital footprint
  • Act as a liaison between OC/Hubs/markets collaborators and IT development team;
  • Align and validate requirements with collaborators in and outside the Smoke Free Products team;
  • Work with IT development team to handle delivery of requests following an agile methodology;
  • Define and track KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of social media activities and campaigns
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to provide comprehensive monthly report
  • Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to key collaborators
  • Collaborate with the content team to align content creation strategies with insights gathered from performance data
  • Establish and implement strategies for optimizing the performance of social channels
  • Act as a key evangelist and authority on campaigns publishing and performance tracking in the global organization

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in product ownership, product management, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to demonstrate data for decisionmaking
  • Project management skills with experience in agile methodologies
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Sprinklr is a plus
