If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place! For our Smoke-Free Products team in Global Studio, London we are therefore looking for a Manager/Head SEO Deployment. In this position, you will: Lead the SEO deployment team across regions, providing guidance to support markets localization and deployment of the global channel strategy in a consistent manner, acting as a feedback loop between markets, SEO strategy and operations. Ensure the execution of all SEO campaigns and initiatives in a timely and quality manner as well as driving the growth of the organic channel across regions. You will be responsible for scoping, coordinating, and delivering insights from a regional perspective with the overall aim of ensuring that the most comprehensive knowledge of SEO performance is provided to markets and central stakeholders.   Your responsibilities: 1. Responsible for global channel deployment across all markets, including product launches, campaigns and global SEO initiatives 2. Management and coordination of SEO deployment team resources 3. Feedback loop to SEO strategy and operations 4. Responsible for regional channel performance and regional escalation point for SEO You will be responsible for: 1. Deploying the global SEO strategy by collaborating with markets to plan and coordinate key activities required for the execution and localization of channel global strategy, including product launches, campaigns and global channel initiatives. 2. Planning and delivering regular channel communications with markets and regions to ensure they are up-to-date and adhering to global channel strategy but also providing market feedback to channel strategy to help improving and delivering quality SEO services to markets. 3. Managing and coordinating channel deployment resources ensuring consistency and standardization of delivered services 4. Identifying channel growth opportunities, challenges and roadblocks, prioritizing those with higher ROI 5. Providing global and regional performance updates to business partners across OC and regions, acting as a cross-region escalation point for channel deployment and performance issues. 6. Providing channel compliance guidance for global and local campaigns against guidelines and channel standards including PMI marketing code, brand guidelines, link building framework, best practice Google guidelines. 7. Supporting markets expansion on marketplaces/e-retailers to optimize search visibility. 8. Delivering case studies and SEO trainings to markets and regions. We’re looking for someone with: + 5 years’ experience working within the SEO industry at an enterprise organization or agency. In-house experience preferred. - People's management experience in a multicultural or international organization - Experience working successfully in a global, multicultural organization, with cross-functional projects. - In depth experience of content strategy, content optimization, technical, local SEO and link building for international brands. - Proven track record to successfully run multiple projects in a matrix organization. - University degree in (Digital) Marketing, Media, Communications or related field Key competencies & skills - Ability to work in a team environment across functions that promotes collaboration - Experience of SEO performance and analytics tools i.e. Google analytics, Google search console, SEMRush, Ahrefs or similar tools. - Ability to communicate complex SEO concepts to senior partners who may not have a digital marketing background. - Strong project management, organization, documentation and data governance skills - Advanced communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
