Managing Director

As Managing Director you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, managing a team of passionate, skilled sales & design experts, promoting the brand, helping set new standards in quality and innovation, taking the business on its next growth chapter. Responsibilities will include:

• developing / executing strategic plan
• accountability for financial performance & budgets, ensuring / driving profitability & sales growth
• managing / expanding client relationships
• driving the day to day operations of the business
• acting as the brand ambassador, representing company to external stakeholders
• compliance with UK legislation including HSE / employment law / GDPR
• working closely with the Board / regular reporting on KPIs

The Person

As Managing Director you will have solid experience as a senior SME director and a commercial focus on sales and marketing within B2B markets. Experience / knowledge of interior design industry is desirable, while a passion for design / commitment to quality and excellence is essential. Hands on and results driven, you will also have:
