Managing Director/Head of Agency

We are looking for an outstanding managing director, with extensive experience of running a communications agency to work with the founder of this unique and highly successful business, that works on both building communities and protecting the planet. The agency works extensively within the UK, and internationally.

An excellent leader with strong evidence of growing and building teams and cultivating a positive and creative working culture.

Experienced at running a communications agency and / or a large team within a communications agency.

Have an understanding and knowledge of environmental issues - or a demonstrable interest / passion in conservation and environmental protection.

Completely adept with all financial aspects of running a business, including P&L, timesheets, billing, quotes, proposals, client management.

A natural and engaging communicator, who can take both staff and clients on a journey with you, create long-lasting working partnerships, and inspire confidence in those around you.

Highly trained, both academically and professionally, with demonstrable results in terms of business growth, team leadership and financial success.

Extremely happy to be present within the team offices in Bristol, this is NOT a remote role.
