To achieve our ambitious growth goals and support a growing client and candidate base; we are looking for a Divisional Team Leader / Managing Consultant to join our rapidly growing EC&I recruitment business where we specialise in placing Electrical, Control & Instrumentation specialists with our clients on a contract and permanent basis.
Many of our clients have been frustrated working with managed agents, stagnant partnerships and internal recruitment teams that no longer serve their needs and they have turned to us to bring a sense of urgency to their EC&I recruitment strategy.
In order for us to continue achieving our business goals, we want to hire an experienced and self-motivated contract recruiter that can work autonomously and build and grow our contract business area so we can continue to offer an outstanding service to our clients and candidates.

The job:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Team Management: You will build and oversee our contract division, ensuring personal and growth targets are met.
- Strategy Development: You will create and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent & partnerships that align with our network.
- Client Liaison: You will build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs, and ensure the division delivers suitable candidates.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor divisions performance, analyse metrics, and making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Development: Take ownership of personal development journey and continually train to enhance skills and keep updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Problem-solving: Addressing challenges and resolving conflicts within the team or in client interactions
- Fee Forecasting - You will provide accurate fee forecasts to management.
- Social Media - Proactively use social media to build a personal brand that is recognised in the EC&I sector
Typical Candidates:
EC&I Specialists.
We are looking for recruiters interested in building our contract divisions specialising in placing compex electricians, instrument technicians, control & instrumentation engineers and electrical engineers
Essential skills:
- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience
- Experience building a business area / leading a team
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong database management skills
- Strong communication skills
Working hours: 9am-4pm Monday-Friday (flexibility can be offered if required)

Location: Our office is based in Ellesmere Port.
Remote Working: Office based, hybrid and remote working options available.
You will work from our Ellesmere Port office on a Tuesday & Wednesday.
It is optional whether you work remotely or from the office on a Monday, Thursday & Friday
Salary: £25,000-£35,000per annum dependent upon experience
