Your New Job Title:Mandarin speaking Assistant of Technical Director

• have experience as an EA/PA

• have an engineering related background

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

• Assist the Technical Director to complete related work
• Participate in the implementation of projects led by the Technical Director, responsible for tracking the progress of various projects in the department, preparing schedules, and coordinating feedback on project progress in a timely manner
• Assist the Technical Director in coordinating internal departmental relationships, especially the daily working relationship between business departments and the handling of affairs.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• At least 1 year working experience as an assistant, with a good mentality and team spirit.
• Familiar with computer office software, cheerful and generous personality, positive. Have strong anti-stress ability.
• Strong work organization. Clear thinking. Rigorous style. Decisive, with the ability to deal with complex issues of integrated management. Good at planning. Control and execution strength.
• Can use Chinese and English as working languages.
