Metalis are currently working with a engineering company based in Derby, who are looking for an experienced Manual Machinist to join their team.
Job Duties:
Set and operate Manual Lathes and Milling machines
Read and work from engineering drawings
Carry out general repairs
Work to tight tolerances
Job Requirements:
Time Served Machinist
Experience on Manual Lathes and Milling machines
Competent in grinding and drilling
Experience with sleeving, bushing housings and stubbing shafts
Able to read and work from engineering drawings
Salary & Shift:
GBP15.00 - GBP19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday, Days Regular
Overtime available
