Manual Machinist

Here at Sterling Recruitment Services we are recruiting for a Skilled Operative/Manual Machinist to work in the turning section for our client based in Gateshead.

Due to growth within the business the client is looking to add a Skilled Operative to their Machine Shop.

Duties include;

• Work to tolerances & Drawings 
• Maintain Health and Safety at all times 
• Any other Machine Shop Duties required by the Machine Shop Supervisor 

Candidate criteria;

• Time served engineering discipline
• Experience working within a heavy manufacturing environment 
• Have excellent communication skills 
• Be able to work a varied shift pattern
