As a Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of digital platforms and resources. Your meticulous testing will directly contribute to enhancing the user experience for families accessing our services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough manual testing of web applications, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
• Identify and document software defects, ensuring accurate and detailed bug reports.
• Collaborate closely with our development team, business analysts and project managers to prioritise and resolve issues efficiently.
• Participate in requirement analysis and test case creation to uphold quality standards.
• Provide valuable feedback and suggestions for improving the overall user experience.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot even the subtlest of bugs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in manual software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Exposure to JIRA, Azure DevOps would be beneficial
• An interest in automation testing
