Your new company
You will be joining a company about to enter an exciting phase of its development and growth, requiring a Manufacturing Engineer to help drive this phase forward. They are involved in the automated manufacturing industry, dealing with state of the art, unique products and leaving them as not only a market leader, but a market innovator.
Your new role
You will be taking on the role of Manufacturing Engineer. You will be tasked with organising manufacturing workflows, optimise facility layouts, resolving issues and delays in production, collaborating with engineering teams all while ensuring maximised efficiency with updated systems and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline, strong experience within a manufacturing environment, automation experience would be desirable, Lean & six sigma experience, good knowledge of ERP systems, alongside having a real desire to build your team and work to ensure its success.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a strong salary between £35,000 and £38,000, with the opportunity to grow alongside a very exciting business. This is a genuine possibility to get it in on the ground floor for a company projected to grow exponentially over the next 18 months. You will also be able to finish early on a Friday, with 30 days annual leave and 2x Life assurance benefit.
