SalaryA close client of mine are now looking for a Manufactruing Engineer to join their team.
In this role, you will:
- Plan new methods of manufacture
- Create work instructions, route cards, SOPs
- Implement and prove out new products
- Identify improvements and cost reductions
- Collaborate cross-functionally on industrialization
You do not need everything listed, but must have some of the following:
- Engineering background, aerospace preferred
- Knowledge of fabrication and machining processes
- Experience with route cards and work instructions
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- NPI and lean manufacturing experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
