As an ME Lineside Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, meeting targets, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  Proactive Issue Resolution: Work line side within the production environment to identify and address issues that may disrupt the production team's workflow, ensuring minimal downtime.

  Continuous Improvement: Implement forward-thinking strategies to anticipate and resolve potential issues, contributing to ongoing improvements in production processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Project Work: Engage in project work to address long-standing issues and identify opportunities for future improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.

  
  


• 
  

  PPM of Production Tooling: Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on production tooling to ensure compliance with required build standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Quality Emphasis: Place a strong emphasis on quality improvement, consistently seeking ways to enhance the overall quality of production processes.

  
  

Essential Skills:

• 
  

  SAP Experience: Proficiency in using SAP for effective management of production processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Concession Planning: Ability to develop and execute concession plans to address deviations from standard processes.

  
  


• 
  

  SOI Rewrites: Experience in rewriting Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) to enhance clarity and efficiency.

  
  


• 
  

  Aerospace Experience: Solid background in aerospace manufacturing processes and familiarity with industry standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Problem Solving Techniques: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly and effectively.

  
  

Desirable Skills:

  Catia V5: Familiarity with Catia V5 software for design and engineering tasks.

  Composite Knowledge: Understanding of composite materials and their application in aerospace manufacturing.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
