What you’ll do:
Eaton's Fuel & Motion Control Systems Division has an opening for a Degree Apprentice within the Manufacturing Engineering Team.
The role will be based at the Titchfield site on a 37 hour per week contract with supported day release and study time.
The successful candidate will undertake a fully funded 4-year Manufacturing Engineering Degree Apprenticeship via Chichester University (Bognor Campus).
Eaton will provide a detailed training programme, rotating between Manufacturing Engineering functions and product value streams with the final placement to be decided during the apprenticeship duration. We are looking for those with a specific interest in or knowledge of any of the following: Mechanical assembly, electronic assembly, manufacturing processes (machining & chemical), automation, robotics, tooling design, and additive manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- 3 A Levels – Grade C or above (to include Mathematics) OR
- BTEC vocational qualification at Level 3 OR
- Level 3 apprenticeship
- Relevant work experience grade in GCSE’s (minimum of grade ‘4’ for Maths and English)
