As the Manufacturing Engineering Lead, you'll oversee a team of expert Manufacturing Engineers while driving engineering projects across both brassware and ceramics. You'll have a hands-on role in optimising manufacturing processes, ensuring continuous improvement, and spearheading projects to boost productivity, quality, and efficiency. Your leadership will empower your team to excel, grow, and develop their skills. You ll also manage budgets and project timelines to meet our ambitious goals.

Hours of Work: Full-Time, Permanent

Manufacturing Engineering Lead Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing a Manufacturing Engineering team.
• Proven expertise in CNC programming, facility design, and process improvement.
• Solid understanding of Lean Methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam) and ERP systems.
