Essential Requirements / Experience:

• Experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager / 5 years+ experience in a similar role, 
• Must have a mechanical engineering background / manufacturing background
• We are looking for someone with strong man-management experience
• Good understanding of continuous improvement, problem solving & operational activity

The Role

• I am looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to head up a growing site of a total of 250 people currently
• We are looking for someone to get the best of out of a large team with strong man-management skills, leading and managing day to day manufacturing, planning and execution of the operations and projects function to ensure on time delivery
