Your new company
You will be joining a leading automotive manufacturer as a Manufacturing Engineer based in Co. Antrim. This company is a household name within Northern Ireland. They are seeking to expand their engineering team over the next year or so and now would be an excellent time to join a company on the rise, as well to join in an area that has great potential for career opportunities.
Your new role
You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and will become a key member of the management team. You will work within a structure to drive efficient and effective processes, and over all be responsible for the Manufacturing Engineering Team, ensuring that quality standards, production schedules, cost objectives and further continuous improvement are achieved.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need strong previous experience within the manufacturing sector managing people and teams, alongside being able to work across multiple teams. Strong communication skills are necessary with a keen attention to detail to maximise efficiency within the floor.
What you\'ll get in return
You will receive a very-strong salary of £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience, working on a 4.5 day working week, opportunity for flexi time, Medicash scheme, free on-site parking and an excellent chance to progress through the company.
