To support their ambitious goals, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing General Manager/Managing Director to lead a dedicated team.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Manufacturing General Manager/Managing Director, you will hold responsibility for the day to day running of the company and its strategic direction, both from an Operational and Commercial perspective

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve targets and business objectives.
  • Overseeing the manufacturing operation to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager with regards to commercial activities
  • Leading and motivating a cross-functional team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
  • Meet with Senior management on a regular to review and analyse company's financial and operational performance, setting company budgets and forecasts

Qualifications and Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of success in manufacturing leadership roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
