I am recruiting a Manufacturing Manager for our client who has expanded steadily to include multiple manufacturing facilities across Japan, China, USA, Mexico, Thailand, and Europe. They are a world-class supplier of high-quality, technically complex automotive components.
As the Manufacturing Manager you will:
- Manage the manufacturing department, including the engineering and maintenance functions
- Be responsible for ensuring the department schedules are done
- Lead continuous improvement OEE metrics
- Create the department expense budget
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety
You will have:
- Third-level qualification in an engineering / technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing/engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role within engineering/manufacturing
