Manufacturing Manager needed for an established engineering organisation based in the Crewe area.

What the role of the Manufacturing Manager entails:
Some of the main duties of the Manufacturing Manager will include:
Development and delivery of our Production Plan - optimising output whilst maintaining safety,quality, manning and training complianceAccountability for achieving the Case manufacturing annual budgets, including labour, general and capital purchasesResponsible for leading, developing and motivating your staff within the Manufacturing teamsOverall accountability for people and process performance across Case manufacturing including discipline, development, supervision, time management/attendance for the production cycle What experience you need to be the successful Manufacturing Manager:
Essential:
Leading manufacturing operations, in a high volume, metal forming, target driven lean environmentProven change management abilities, vision & drive to challenge the status quoLeads with a 'Safety First' mindsetDesirable:
Qualified NEBOSH/IOSHDemonstrable understanding and application of CI tools and techniquesIn order to be eligible for this role you will need to undergo Security Clearance Background Checks that require you to be a UK resident and UK passport holder.
