Major Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Manufacturing Operatives on a permanent basis for our client based in Sandtoft Doncaster.
This is a permanent opportunity.
Due to location you will require your own transport.
Rotational hours of work:
Days 5.30am - 2pm Monday to Friday
Afters 1.30pm - 10pm Monday to Friday
Nights 9.30pm - 6am Sunday to Thursday
Pay: Days/Afters 12.26ph - Nights 14.71ph
Responsibilities:
- Performing manufacturing duties using cross skills flexibility (coiler operation, extruder operation, material handling).
- Assisting in achieving efficiencies in production through SMART methodologies including production scrap and waste stream.
- Accurate booking of finished production/scrap and non-compliant production.
- Proactively assisting in ensuring company equipment and plant are maintained and in good condition reporting any faulty or damaged equipment.
- Taking in deliveries of materials ensuring correct storage process to enable first I first used raw materials control.
- Performing within the team to ensure high levels of attendance, conduct and compliance.
- Contributing to the shift performance KPI deliverables covering safety, quality, productivity and cost.
- All training will be provided
