SalaryOpportunities have arisen within a well established food manufacturing company located in Aylesford for Production Operatives to work on permanent night shifts, 6am-6pm, 4 on, 4 off on a rolling 7 day rota.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working night shifts or you are only looking for night working. Previous manufacturing/factory working with food is advantageous.
You will be working with a team in the factory in production and your duties will include:
- Setting up the equipment used in production
- Weighing, labelling and sealing ingredients and completing production records
- Cleaning equipment and areas used after production
- Maintaining quality standards and practices to ensure a high quality finished product is produced
- Producing batch samples to be provided for analysis.
You will be an excellent communicator and team player, have attention to detail and be able to follow set routines and instructions.
The hourly rate is 14.32 per hour, with overtime at 21.48 per hour
