Manufacturing Operator

Location: LS19 7AW, Leeds, West Yorkshire

Hours: 37 per week – Monday to Friday - Must be willing to work a variety of shifts to service a 24/7 operation (DAYS/AM/PM/NIGHTS)

Salary: BASIC HOURLY FULL RATE £17.23 + APPROPRIATE SHIFT PREMIUM

Your initial starting pay for this position will be £13.13 per hour. As this is deemed to be a training rate, your hourly rate will increase over your probationary period in 4 weekly increments as follows:

· 1st increment £13.82 per hour

· 2nd increment £14.92 per hour

· 3rd increment £16.02 per hour

· Full rate £17.23 per hour

Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment or working to tight work specifications would be advantageous but is not essential.
