About the role
Oversee manufacturing quality, ensuring adherence to processes across all UK projects.Lead SAP non-conformance management, offering guidance and identifying improvement areas.Drive continuous improvement by implementing sustainable process enhancements.Conduct risk assessments and utilize problem-solving tools like 8D, 5Y, PFMEA.Manage SAP non-conformances, analyse defect data, and conduct problem-solving investigations.Coordinate quality-related training programs for manufacturing.Execute independent assessments and audits, ensuring successful process implementation.Provide reports to management, identifying outcomes and facilitating improvement progress.Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and certification requirements.About You
A relevant HNC/HND qualification or equivalent experience.Experienced quality professional in process-based integrated management systems.Proficient in business improvement within an engineering/manufacturing environment.Skilled in risk management and practical problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, 5Y, PFMEA).Capable of identifying and implementing sustainable business improvements.Understanding of internal and external customer, regulatory, and certification requirements.Due to sector-specific requirements, only applicants eligible for SC clearance can be considered; British citizenship and UK permanent residency is essential for this role.
