Our client, a global provider of custom automation systems and moulders is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Kildare.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Do you have experience/background managing projects in a Manufacturing setting?
- Do you have a qualification in Engineering/Program Management or relevant field?
- Experience in a high-volume Injection Moulding Environment is essential.
- Strong GMP experience is necessary.
- Do you enjoy leading teams and managing small- & large-scale projects?
- QMS (preferably ISO13485) is desired
The role:
- Plan, schedule, and control project activities to set out product requirements
- Ensure appropriate resources are assigned to the project team.
- Manage stakeholders during the lifecycle of the project.
- Monitor and track the progress of the project, providing status updates as required
- Manage budgets and cost control
- Coach and develop Project Team Members
- Deliver accurate, concise and high-quality project documentation.
- Manage the timely resolution of issues and concerns, engaging with stakeholders with a solution focused approach.
- Manage risks and change requests.
- Ensure highest Quality & Compliance standards, participating and complying with the Quality Management System.
- Identify and generate opportunities for improvement and actively participate in the implementation of corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including quality requirements, financial controls, health and safety regulations, etc.
