This well established company design and manufacturer a range of specialist electromechanical products for clients around the world. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years, claiming an increasing share of their market. Due to this, they are now busier than ever and are looking for a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manager to join their expert team.
In this role you will be tasked with line managing the Supply Chain team focused on delivering a range of projects and products. This will involve managing and reviewing supplier and subcontract manufacturing contracts, developing the supply base, and assisting with strategic initiatives. This is a brand new role for the business, so it's a really exciting opportunity for the right person to really make it their own.
This role would therefore suit an individual with strong electromechanical manufacturing and Supply Chain management experience who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to play a key role at an expanding business.
The Role:
- Overseeing subcontract manufacturing
- Managing and reviewing supplier and subcontract manufacturer contracts
- Developing the supply base
- Assisting with Supply Chain strategy
- Occasional international travel
- GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 + Progression + Flexible Working + Excellent Benefits
The Person:
- Proven experience in electromechanical manufacturing
- Experience managing subcontract manufacturers
- Strong experience managing supplier contracts
- Expert understanding of assembly & testing methods
- Commutable to High Wycombe area
