Manufacturing Team Leader- Days and Nights 

Salary: £30,212

Benefits: Overtime, Site Bonus

Location: Sittingbourne, Kent 

We are looking for a very strong Manufacturing Team Leader to join an ever-growing Industrial manufacturing company in Sittingbourne, Kent. The successful applicant for this Manufacturing Team Leader role will play a key role within the business, and manage a team of up to 12 staff including contractors too. Skills required for Manufacturing Team Leader:

• The Manufacturing Team Leader must have previous experience as a Production Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager.
• Must be from a Manufacturing background 
• Experience leading a team of operators
