Dynamic (Hybrid) Working:
5 days per week on-site due to workload classification

About the Role:

As a Manufacturing Technician, your main focus will be on ensuring high-quality manufacturing operations and contributing to the production of state-of-the-art products that enhance global security.
Key Responsibilities:
Certify products in line with product certification procedures.
Maintain product certification and approval through regular audits.
Apply a versatile skill set across a variety of tasks.
Operate all equipment, tools, and measuring implements associated with the manufacturing cycle.
Ensure manufacturing build, inspection, and test times are met.
Complete all paperwork associated with the manufacturing data pack accurately.
Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and product quality.
Comply with all procedures related to the manufacturing process.
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to good housekeeping policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Formal technical engineering/craft apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent academic qualifications.
Proven ability to certify products and apply a wide range of skills using various tools and instruments.
Strong team player with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent planning and organizing skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic working environment.
