Offering ongoing personal training and development in formal tutoring and assessing qualifications, this long established and reputable training and business development center is in an exciting period of growth! Due to increasing demand from new customers and an already expansive client base within the British manufacturing industry, now is a great time to make the transition from industry into training and education.

CNC SETTERS/OPERATORS
MECHANICAL FITTERS/ENGINEERS
WELDERS
ELECTRICAL FITTERS/ENGINEERS
You do not need to have previous experience of teaching, tutoring, or assessing. The company will provide you with the skills to be able to deliver apprenticeship and training courses and formal qualifications along the way. Candidates with any previous teaching/assessing experience/qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
This is a varied role where you will be working within a state-of-the-art training facility amongst and with the support of an experienced team to deliver both standardised and bespoke programs. All learners are enrolled by their employers for specific courses and are there as part of their skill development within their current roles, this is not a general education centre. All courses are both classroom and workshop based, and you will benefit from a wide range of theory and practical learning resources with live workstations for training.
With 40 years of expertise in providing the highest standard of formal employee training across the engineering and manufacturing sectors the business is a very secure and solid foundation for those looking to make their entry into the training/education sector. Personal Requirements:
Experienced in one of the listed disciplines above.
Hold a recognised qualification at level 3 or equivalent as a minimum.
A desire to pass on knowledge and experience to the next generation of engineers.
