Workshop Operatives- Magherafelt - Immediate Start

About the role:

• Up to £13.00 ph (dependent on role and experience)
• Monday - Friday working week
• Immediate start
• 7:00 am - 4:00pm or 4:00pm - 1:00am (overtime rates apply)
• Full time hours
• Permanent
• Award winning specialist joinery firm.
• Full training provided

Duties will include:

• Fitting ironmongery (handles, locks, hinges etc) onto completed windows & doors

• Installing gaskets & weather seals onto completed windows & doors

• Fitting casements & sliding sashes onto window frames

• Checking of glass prior to glazing

• Arranging re-make glass units if defects reported

• Wrapping of finished products

Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential ie window glazier
• Physically fit
• Be able to work to high standards of workmanship, finish and quality
• Confident in Sanding, Pinning, Painting and Gluing and Screwing panels together
