An excellent opportunity to join a growing shipping business. As a Crewing Manger you will arrange crew changes for nominated vessels, plan the right seafarers to the right ships ensuring high standards of compliance.
Role responsibilities:
- Management of joining instructions, contractual paperwork, and travel details to all Seafarers as required.
- Arranging training that may be required for crew as per business training matrix.
- Assist and provide information for incident investigations on assigned vessels.
- Administration of all Seafarers records, ensuring that they are all in compliance and follow current legislation.
- Administering and tracking Seafarers progress at all times.
- Arranging Seafarer travel as per client requirements and liaising with relevant travel entities.
· Assist in supervising the implementation of crew policies and procedures.
· Rotation planning and distribution
The successful candidate will have experience within the marine industry, ideally with a crewing background.
