This role would suit an engineer with a competent understanding of reconditioning and repairs of outboard engines and bowthrusters. With product specific training offered for product specific petrol and diesel engines and a basic knowledge of welding being advantageous the ideal candidate will enjoy a varied role with no two days the same.

This company are a well established SME with 15 like minded engineers who are passionate about their field. With the current owner working up from this very position, progression is highly encouraged within the company.

The Role:

• Performing maintenance on a variety of engines in the slipway, on boats and responding to breakdowns on the quay
• Filling out all relevant paperwork to log any maintenance and repairs
• A professional face for the company when attending client repairs

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Marine Engineer or similar
• Experience working with engines
