Seacroft Marine Consultants Limited have a requirement for a full-time Marine Operations Co-ordinator / Administrator based in Aberdeen with some flexible home working. The position involves the organisation and co-ordination of vessel inspections, surveys and trials. This includes the associated liaison with staff, contractors and clients including the preparation of documentation, travel and general administrative support for UK wide and international assignments.
Suitable candidates will be customer focused, must possess excellent organisational skills and be able to plan and communicate efficiently at all levels in a busy and dynamic department. You must be reliable, hardworking and able to work independently and effectively as part of the Seacroft team, remain calm and focussed under pressure, meeting strict deadlines, with a friendly, approachable, outgoing personality and a positive outlook.
Appropriate professional qualifications or experience in the offshore energy or maritime sector is considered advantageous but full training will be given to anyone transitioning from other industries.
