What Will You Be Doing?
* Shaping and executing the Technical Marine Procurement strategy in collaboration with the Head of Procurement.
* Providing support to the fleet of vessels and technical teams.
* Leading, coordinating, and coaching the team to achieve operational and financial metrics.
* Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate performance and delivery.
* Setting and driving key performance indicators for cost optimization and continuous improvement.
* Managing the annual Technical Procurement budget and forecasts.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
* 10+ years of extensive experience in Marine Procurement at a regional/global level.
* Proven track record of delivering effective and commercially beneficial outcomes.
* Demonstrated experience in negotiation with global suppliers and vendors.
* Strong market awareness and understanding of maritime supply chain components, regulations, and market conditions.
* Forward-thinking approach to procurement, systems, and controls.
* Experience in change management and system implementations preferred.
* Highly developed leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders, even in challenging situations.
