The role is to work as a Data and Market Analyst, reporting into the International Business Manager. Working on some exciting new projects with some large expansion plans, this is an amazing opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organisation with a commitment to innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify market trends, and document consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and the overall industry landscape. Gather and analyse business requirements: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities. The company is ready to disrupt the European incontinence market, and you'll be in charge of all the data analysis. Identify and analyse data: Utilise data analysis tools and techniques to gain insights into business operations and inform decision-making. Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Evaluate and prioritise opportunities: Analyse new potential market opportunities, presenting your findings and recommendations to managers as they make the company even more successful. Document and communicate requirements: Your analysis will improve the business and create lasting change in the company. Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns and products within different markets, giving data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or business intelligence roles. Proficiency in data manipulation, querying databases (SQL), statistical analysis, and using data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate problems as they arise and convey complex findings clearly and concisely. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The Ideal Candidate:

Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will be essential as the business launches into Europe in 2024.
