Market Data Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid working model - 3 days in office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain data governance procedures, sub-domains, glossary definitions, and data quality metrics.
• Develop and maintain sub-domains and Business Glossary content for Market Data.
• Manage data sharing and access within the Market Data domain.
• Collaborate with global Data Governance Team and stakeholders to implement data governance processes.
• Champion the Capital Markets Data Governance Framework.
• Lead discussions and decisions at the data domain level for Market Data.
• Support enforcement of Data Governance Policy and identify Critical Data Elements.
• Lead Market Data Domain Working Group for continuous improvement of data governance practices.
• Monitor data quality rules, dashboard, and issues resolution progress.
• Document Data Custody Agreements and manage data access requests.
• Manage relationships with data stakeholders across various levels of seniority.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, especially Market Data.
• Experience with data management and governance principles.
• Proficient in change management processes, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
