Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Market Insight Manager to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be exctended for the right applicant.
You will
Be the strategic commissioning lead for the thematic area, responsible for developing the service area priorities and be accountable for all deliver
Ensure that commissioning strategies for the thematic areas are based on operational commissioning intelligence, working closely with the Supplier Relationship Manager and Placement Relationship Officers to ensure all plans are based on market capability
Manage the end-to-end commissioning cycle from analysis through to implementation.
Work with partners to design, implement and manage projects that will improve the range of services available whilst ensuring that services developed, commissioned or procured are cost effective, efficient and designed to deliver good outcomes
To lead market engagement work with providers in their thematic area, including supporting co-production and ensuring users, carers and other interested stakeholders are engaged with and service design work.
Lead the development and delivery of an annual commissioning delivery plan for the thematic area, taking a lead role for delivery
