Market Research Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Research Analyst, to join our friendly Marketing team based in Letchworth Garden City. This is a full time, permanent, hybrid working position, providing flexibility for both home and office working, Monday to Friday.

So, as a Research Analyst, what will you be doing? You will undertake regular Market Research, monitor industry trends, opportunities, and threats.

You will spend time out in the market, visiting customers to understand their needs, and engaging with them at Head Office as part of our Voice of the Customer programme Feeding the  insight back to the Market Development Manager, to support the evolution of the sector strategies.

You will deliver insights on identified hot topics and issues, influencing the development of marketing strategies across the globe in both construction and transit sectors.

Working closely with marketing and commercial, you will translate the research and analysis into tangible plans at a country level; resulting in communication briefs for the marketing communications team and product insights for the product managers.

Who are we looking for? Previous experience in a marketing analyst role, in a global environment would be ideal. We need someone with proven analytical, project management and influencing skills. An excellent communicator, who is driven curious,  enthusiastic and a real team player. A degree of travel and extended hours will be necessary for this role so the successful candidate must be prepared to spend some nights away from home.
