Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor trading for suspicious activities.
• Investigate potential market abuse or insider trading.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with legal and compliance teams.
• Keep updated on regulations and industry practices.
• Train employees on compliance matters.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

• A strong academic pedigree from a top university: Bachelor's in finance, economics, business, data analysis, computer science or related field (advanced degree or certification is a plus).
• 5+ years in compliance or risk management
• Knowledge of trade surveillance and insider trading regulations.
• Strong tech toolkit and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with regulators and investigations preferred.
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading practices is a plus.
