WSR is recruiting for a Marketing & Administration Executivefor our esteemed client in Warrington.
Location: Warrington – Hybrid Role
Hours of Work: Mon –Thu 8am to 4pm, Fri 8am to 3:30pm
Salary: Up to GBP40,000 DOE Marketing & Administration Executive Role OverviewMarketing: To work with our 3rd party marketing team to promote the brand and 'vision' in the B2B market environment. Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies and conducting product research, establishing brand awareness, and preparing coherent marketing campaigns, managing the marketing database, monitoring competitor activities, and taking our brand position to the next level.
Administration: To support the Managing Director with day–to–day administration. Marketing & Administration ExecutiveKey Tasks Marketing:
Work collaboratively with our 3rd party marketing team with the marketing of the business and the 'brand positioning'Promote the business & brand through existing channels and create new ones.Working closely with the sales team/regional mangersAnalyse sales and marketing dataManage marketing campaigns.To measure the success (or not) of any third–party agency activitiesWorking closely with our customer base on developing marketing material and all the appropriate (marketing) collateral required by our trade partners.Organising customer communication and developing brand awareness strategiesResponsible for developing and updating product brochures and price lists.Responsible for the marketing budget and forecast.Keep abreast of our competition and product advertising.Creating articles for industry advertisingWork with MD on Brand Vision Administration:
Running reports for the MDInternal and external communications as directed.Booking hotel & travel arrangementsOrganising conferences and off–site meetingsPutting together PowerPoint presentations Marketing & Administration Executive Experience & Attributes
Hold a relevant degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or Business ManagementExperience of online marketing – SEO/PPC /social mediaExperience of offline marketingStrategic thinkerHave good working knowledge of email marketing software.The ability to work well within a fast paced and reactive environment.Proven experience in a marketing roleGood understanding of market research techniquesPreviously worked on strategic methods and data analysisGood experience of working with a commercial teamCompetent in word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience in generating sales leadsExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Strong organisational skillsCreativeProficient IT skills Marketing & Administration ExecutiveBenefits
