Marketing and Administrator Supervisor
Location: Ilkeston
Job Type: Full time, permanent (Office based)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + bonus!

SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a fantastic key client of ours based in Ilkeston. They are requiring a Marketing and Administration Supervisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

The Marketing and Administration Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination of the businesses marketing requirements such as event planning, managing social media posts and website content etc. This involves working closely with the head office to ensure that brand standards are met, and content provided is accurate and in line with the business' vision.

The position will also be to support the Head of Sales Development and Administration as required with marketing/ customer service requirements and other projects as identified by the business.

Main duties will include:
- Management and driving resolutions where required of customer care calls for all live customers once a quarter.
- Supporting the management of the sales administration team.
- Screening sales data through approved third party to ensure business complies with GDPR regulations.
- Responsible for the organisation and management of business events alongside Head of Development and Administration.
- Working with head office to process social media posts for marketing purposes. Screening content to ensure this is in line with business requirements.
- Keep the website up to date ensuring content is relevant and accurate.
- Working closely with the disposal department to ensure advertisements through third parties and website are up to date.
- Assist with marketing development projects and instigate up to date marketing materials as required by the business.
- Communicating with Customers via, phone & email.
- Management and reporting of the marketing budget 
- Creation and distribution of the monthly newsletters

Candidate skills required:
- Previous experience within a marketing role.
- Team management skills.
- Must have previous administration experience.
- Will have a keen eye for detail with excellent numeracy skills, customer service and people skills.
- Practical problem-solving ability.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Strong Computer skills is essential.
