Marketing And Bd Manager - Boutique Law Firm!

Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit an experienced and creative Marketing & Business Development Manager to join one of our award winning, Boutique Law Firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. Our client specialises in Disputes, and is looking for someone to become an important part of their busy London team. The role is a great opportunity to work both independently and part of a team, as well as work closely with colleagues based in the US and Europe.

The primary objectives of the Marketing & Business Development Manager will include:

• Support the implementation of BD and marketing strategies, campaigns and projects.
• Find ways to help achieve the BD teams goals.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Proactively seek opportunities for firm profiling.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments in relation to marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Help manage the firms online presence.
• Be responsible for all directory and awards processes.
• Manage the effectiveness of the firms contacts databases.
• Oversee event organisation.
• Assist with production of pitch material.
• Share responsibility for media and communication strategies.
• Be available to mentor junior team members.

The ideal candidate would have between five and ten years Marketing/Business Development experience, have a proven track record of driving Marketing and Business Development campaigns, possess an ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders partners. Prior Law Firm or professional services experience is essential.
