What You’ll Do:

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will:

• Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement corporate and market-specific marketing strategies to raise the organization’s profile and support product promotion.
• Lead Digital Initiatives: Manage website activities, drive traffic, and ensure the site effectively markets training products.
• Enhance Brand Positioning: Position the brand as the primary source of training and development for the sector.
• Engage with Media: Develop plans to engage trade press and showcase success stories.
• Monitor and Adapt: Conduct market research and adjust strategies to stay ahead of trends.
• Manage Campaigns: Oversee marketing campaigns and report on their effectiveness.
• Financial Oversight: Process requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices for marketing activities.

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Strong strategic marketing skills with experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media.

✅ Proven track record in developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

✅ Experience in people management and working with CMS for digital marketing.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in PR and working within an industry-led SME.
• Membership in the Chartered Institute of Marketing or other relevant bodies.
