We are currently working with a well-reputed regional firm who are seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Marketing and Communications Assistant. In this role you will work closely with the Head of Business Development and Marketing to develop the firm's brand.
Your main duties will include:
- Managing the client's social media platforms to ensure all content is well planned and engages with target audiences
- Maintaining/updating the firm's website to keep information relevant to current and prospective clients
- Assisting with the creation of blogs, newspaper columns and press releases
- Monitoring and managing any online reviews
- Assisting with the organisation, planning and promotion of internal and external events and seminars
- Helping to further develop the company's portal to ensure the content reflects the brand and culture
Ideally candidates should have:
- Some experience working in a similar role, with exposure to Marketing and communication related duties
- Has the ability to become proficient in, with appropriate support, a range of marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva, Photoshop, Word, Excel and the analytical tools within the client's Practice Management System.
- The ability to travel between the offices in the area if needed
